Submitted photographs will not be used for commercial purposes or sold to third parties.
3. Data Protection
By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data (name, place of residence, email address) for the purpose of managing the contest, informing you of results, exhibition details, and future festival editions.
Your personal data will be securely stored for one year by the MSPF; the names and places of residence of selected photographers will be retained for five years for communication and reporting purposes.
The MSPF uses Google Forms to manage submissions. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
The names and places of residence of selected photographers may be publicly disclosed as part of festival communications.
Data processing will comply with the applicable Data Protection Act.
